Real prices, not ranges

Our pricing is on the website. Here it is.

Some roofing sites put an "instant quote" calculator on the homepage. Type in your address and you get something like $14,000 – $28,000. That isn't a price — it's a lead form. We publish what we charge per square, and your quote uses these exact numbers.

Every system uses the same 50-year TAMKO Titan XT® shingle. What you're choosing is how long we cover the labor. A "square" is 100 square feet of roof, and a typical 2,400 sq ft roof is about 28–32 squares after waste. Estimate yours in ten seconds →

Optional upgrades, priced the same flat way: LOW-E heat-blocking underlayment (+$100), a Class 4 impact-rated shingle (+$100), or CertainTeed, GAF or Owens Corning (+$50).

Real people

Technology does the measuring. A real person handles your quote.

We use aerial imagery and software where they do the job better: measuring your roof and keeping you updated along the way. Your quote is handled by a person. One representative is assigned to your project, and that's who reviews your roof, walks you through your price and prepares your quote.

From the founder

I've sold roofs the old way for 20 years. This is the company I'd want to buy from.

Phil Gehrig started on a roof at 18, climbing scaffolding on a museum re-roof in Washington, DC. He went on to build one of the largest roofing and window companies in the country — and watched the industry turn a simple decision into a three-hour sales performance. Remote Roofing is his answer.

Questions homeowners ask

Fair questions, straight answers

How can you quote my roof without seeing it in person?
Aerial measurement reports are the same technology insurance adjusters and large roofing companies use. They give us your roof's area, pitch, ridges, valleys and penetrations to within a few square feet. We review every report by hand, and the questionnaire covers what imagery can't — age, leaks, ceiling stains, layers, and anything you've noticed from the attic. The one thing nobody can see, from the air or from a ladder, is the wood under your shingles. So every quote includes replacing up to 6 sheets of rotted decking at no charge, and anything past that is a flat per-sheet price printed on your quote. If something needs eyes on it, we'll tell you before you sign anything.
Will I be dealing with a real person?
Yes. One of our representatives is assigned to your project. They review your answers and your roof measurements, record your video, meet you on Zoom and prepare your quote. We use technology to measure your roof and to keep you updated along the way. Your call and your quote are handled by a real person.
Is the per-square price really the price?
Yes. Your quote is squares × the system price you choose. The only things that can add cost are listed on the systems page — extra layers of old shingles, steep pitch, flashing, and rotted decking beyond the 6 sheets we include — and each one is priced on your quote before you sign, not discovered on install day.
How long is the Zoom call?
About 15 minutes. That's all it takes when there's no sales pitch: you'll already have your roof video and our pricing is already public. Your representative walks you through your exact price for each system and answers your questions. If you need to go at fifteen minutes, we're done. If you have more questions or want to sign on the spot, we'll stay on as long as you like.
Do you do repairs or insurance claims?
No. We only do full roof replacements, and we work directly with homeowners rather than through insurance claims. If you need a repair or you're filing a claim, we're not the right fit.
Can I see the shingles in person before I decide?
Yes. Ask your representative and they'll drop shingle samples off at your home. It's a drop-off, not a sales visit.
Does the price change if I wait?
No. The price on your written quote holds for 30 days. There is no "sign today" discount because there was never a markup to discount from.
Who actually installs the roof?
Our crews, under our license and insurance, with a lead installer on your job. Your quote package includes our certificate of insurance and license numbers so you can verify them yourself.
